A program that helps facilitate these projects is Autodesk Civil 3D. Civil 3D is a comprehensive detailed design and documentation software for civil infrastructure that assists civil engineers in a 3D model-based environment.

To enhance her expertise in the field, Erin Azar, CEO of DES Engineering, sought a training class to expand her knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D., Stating it was difficult to find a live instructor led class anywhere in the country, she spoke with Topcon Solutions about her options. Topcon Solutions was able to provide her with a live Civil 3D class to help facilitate her training.

After traveling from Indiana to Seattle, Topcon Solutions held the training class, originally designated as a public Civil 3D class, the session transitioned into an exclusive one-on-one training opportunity for Erin, facilitated by Technical Specialist Manager, Kevin Closson. This tailored approach, conducted outside the standard course outline, created a more customized and personal customer experience. Azar stated that she was pleased with “the personalized attention that Topcon gave.”
