Topcon Solutions Store reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes lacking sufficient enrollment. When this happens, students will receive at last 24 hours notice and a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future class.

Students will be allowed a full refund or option to reschedule to a future class if they provide the training coordinator with at least 10 days notice in writing before the class date. If notice is received less than 10 days before the class date, you will be subject to a cancellation charge which may include the full class tuition.

You are allowed one retake of a course as long as it is within one year of original class date and on the same product and version as prior class. Paying students will be given preference in scheduling for said class.
