This very real-world issue impacts all disciplines (Arch/Struct/MEP) as we strive to create construction documents that clearly express our design intent to contractors and subs.
In this session we’ll investigate the benefits, best practices and pitfalls to avoid with several approaches to documenting that intent. We’ll explore when to use a drafting view or detail view, how to nest a 2D detail component into a profile family, look at a process of creating a clean library of details, what to consider to avoid over-modeling family components, importing AutoCAD details (when necessary) without destroying your project, and much more.
Join us on October 16th and discover how to avoid pitfalls that others have experienced. You will be a stronger Revit user than you were before this lunch!
