Join us for an in-depth overview of this year’s Autodesk University from Brain Bennett, a Professor of Architectural & Engineering Technology at University of Alaska Anchorage.

Assistant Professor in the Architectural and Engineering Technology program within the Community and Technology College. Teaching assignments include: Introductory and Intermediate CAD; software user interface customization; LISP programming using various Autodesk software products; Building code standards and compliance using the IBC and local standards in commercial applications; Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical CAD drafting. Helped introduce building information modeling (BIM) concepts into all CAD drafting classes. Introduced REVIT software into the Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical/Electrical drafting classes. The basis for problems and projects in all classes come from engagement with the the local building construction industry. The problems cover the development and integration of construction documentation along with writing specifications.
